The Kid-Talk resource library was developed through the efforts of the Sedgwick County Early Childhood Coordinating Council. It is the goal of the Council to provide early intervention information and prevention materials for the benefit of children and families. Free information is provided on a wide variety of topics. Parents, caregivers, grandparents, service providers and others interested in early childhood materials are encouraged to use the library.
